Returns will only be authorized within the first 30 days after your purchase has been shipped from our warehouse. Before returning any product you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization # and disclose any damage or problems with your item. Returns must receive an RA# within the first 30 days after your product has shipped or no returns will be authorized. There will be a 20% restock fee on all items (unless exchanging your product for another similar item). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the product is received back to our warehouse and an inspection has been made, you will be contacted with information regarding the credit amount to be issued to your original credit card (the original shipping cost is non-refundable). Credits may take 5-7 business days to show on your account.
***NOTE*** When returning the product make sure you have the item insured through the shipping carrier in case of damage in transit. Any items that are received back damaged due to shipping or incorrect packaging will be refused, OR a penalty will be imposed on the credit amount to cover the damaged item(s). You are responsible to box the product in a manner that will protect it in transit.
